Det sköna offret- Om estetik och politik i samtiden
The presentation investigates the mode of connection between the
political and aesthetics through the notions of martyr and victim.
There will be some examples from both historical events and artistic
practice. The theoretical discussion comprises both Hegel's philosophy
of right and references to contemporary thinkers such as Alain Badiou
and Jacques Rancière.
Dariush Moaven Doust, philosopher and psychoanalyst. He is a
member of the artistic collective ARC.
