It may sound absurd but we are the first in the whole world to open up an eco-vegetarian restaurant in Gothenburg. In cooperation with  the chef  Pelle Rågenmo who has run Judit & Bertil in Hornstull and Shmuel Goldberg who is visiting from MoMA and the French Culinary Institute in New York we will serve North African vegetarian dishes which are fused with the tastes of the Swedish West Coast. The food and ambiance is to be enjoyed while sitting in furniture from  Emmaus which we will also give away on the last day. So don’t miss the chance to enjoy lunch and dinner the 10th-12th of June (open 12.00-01.00). Everyone is welcome, as a  festival-pass to the program inside Stora Teatern is not needed to enjoy the tastes and sounds of the experience our new eco-vegetarian restaurant has to offer! With reservations for changes, our festival program is now available under program. Note that the outdoor serving opens at 12.00 everyday. Tomorrow Friday June 3 José González performs at Museum of World Culture and on Saturday June 4th we have arranged a small dj-marathon in the corner Andra Långgatan/Nordhemsgatan.
